We are a small scale macaron making team, comprised of siblings Jamie, Sarena & Eric Siu. All of our macarons are made in small batches with care, using hand ground almonds and the finest ingredients we can find, and we are proud to offer these delectable little treats in our hometown of Vancouver, B.C.!
Our macarons are created using the Italian method, yielding a soft crunchy and delicate yet slight moist and chewy texture, combined with one of our handmade flavour infused chocolate ganache fillings. We sell a box of 6 macarons for $12.
